For the next two months, the only words on my mind will be Ojo Caliente.

love the new layout. tonight, I almost took a pic of my dinner but was too hungry.
I grilled some polenta with garlic scapes, sauteed onion and rainbow chard, and mixed them up with some finely shredded mild cheddar/mozz blend. Fresh cracked pepper and a shiraz blend for drinking; mango and blueberry for dessert.
I bet Keetah woulda loved it.
